For sale is a nice light weight classic. I was going to consign it at a local shop but figured it may be appealing to someone here.
Winchester Model 53 carbine in 32wcf (32-20). Solid frame. Looks to be a 1925 production model. Rather interesting serial # 2345. Excellent shiny bore with sharp rifling.
The receiver is flaking as this era of Winchesters are famous for. Blue is very good on the barrel, minor dings & scratches. The screws show some tool marking.
The wood has some dings & scratches, no cracks.
I believe the blue to be original, wood not sure.
Tight action, no rattle at all. Good smooth cycling.
