Of course rumor is they're going to graciously cross off that part of the law because that's typical of what liberals do they ask for a whole bunch of ridiculous stuff and then agree to compromise by removing 10% of the ridiculous stuff leaving the other 90%. Funny how compromise always ratchets up prohibitions and never goes the other way.
