It looks like instead of being arrested, they are being threatened to be fired for "not showing up to work".

HOWEVER - now they are being given until Friday to show up...

So all you guys on the clock - if you didn't go to work Friday, or Monday, or today (Tuesday), evidently THAT'S OK.....

.....but if you keep not-showing-up, and skip work Wednesday, Thursday, AND Friday, then we will "seek judicial relief..."

1. they should have been fired the FIRST day they failed to show up to work (like WE would).
2. no judge will allow them to be fired, whether they show up or not.
3. they will show up Friday, pull their usual liberal lame nonsense, and back to business-as-usual...

I really had my hopes up, but once again the RINO party is all bark no bite.
