Whining about inheriting a 'gun collection'...

This is pathetic.

https://www.texasobserver.org/son-of-a- ... -firearms/

So this dude is inheriting three handguns, a shotgun, and an 'assault rifle' (S&W M&P-15), since evidently he's an only child and his 74 year old parent set up a firearms trust so they didn't just go to auction or disappear, like so many things do when someone who owns valuable things passes.

I'm ashamed to have fellow citizens so uneducated about guns (he admits he wouldn't even know how to check to see if they were loaded), and so pathetically uneducated about the necessity and real-world applicability of widespread citizen firearms ownership for both safe streets and a stable society.

Truly pathetic.

Certainly not a father son relationship I recognise.

I've already told my kids the ONLY beneficiary I've listed in my life insurance policy is a private detective in Switzerland who is a retired Navy Seal sniper whose twin brother is a Mafia hit man, and whose partner is a private detective specializing in intra-family homicides.

Hopefully I'm safe for awhile - but - "I'm really NOT suicidal...!!!"

Sometimes I think it's nice not to have any close family. When I die, my ample gun collection will be sold off and its proceeds given to the benefit of GOA's legislative efforts. Modern people fail to appreciate the value of a mint condition firearm that is over 100 years old. Why waste it on them?
Politicians and diapers both require frequent changing for the EXACT same reason!
