That's very interesting, but the fact it is being driven by commercial deer farm interests is troubling.

Funny, when we breed animals to either enhance or eliminate traits it’s called innovative.

When the same thing was purposes for humans it was called eugenics.

I personally believe that things like CWD occur because nature wants to adjust things. Things much more complex than humans can understand.

didn't this whole mess start with deer that escaped from game farms?
and now they want to release 'disease resistant' deer into the wild?
what could possibly go wrong???

The same things that went wrong when they "reintroduced" wolves into Montana. "but they will stay in yellowstone ans the extreme northern part of the state."
