Why did I look? Man, that sucks. Hopefully someone with a good receiver and needs all the rest will be blessed, and bring an old gun back to life.

One question keeps going through my mind, what happened to the receiver?
If it was damaged what about the barrels - I'd expect those to be damaged as well.
Or did someone decide to build a custom gun out of it?

The listing says the frame of receiver was destroyed under court orders. Perhaps used in a crime, or imported from a gun ban country

.
“…The listed parts were removed from a single firearm earmarked for destruction. The frame or receiver was destroyed under court order…”

I don’t know about the rest of you guys, but I feel a lot safer knowing the government destroyed that weapon.

Hopefully there is an old junk one with broken stock and bent barrels, that gets a new lease on life.
