Lunch at the shop today !
I took some pheasant breasts and diced them up , onions , snap peas , green peppers , jalapeños, a little soy sauce some cilantro and Tikka Masala sauce . Kind of an Indian curry deal . Served on a bed of rice ! Rather tastey I thought and evidently the pot kickers at the shop liked it all had seconds and two of the three had thirds .
