I just want to take a moment to wish all you fellers a HAPPY THANKSGIVING. It's my favorite holiday cuz it's an eating holiday; your friends and/or family are over, you eat way more than you should, you have them wash the dishes and then you send 'em home.

Small gathering here, sister & brother in law, neice and her husband, Mom and of course the bird brain Bumpus hounds!
Boss says no work today so I'll get the bird prepped, make bread and if I get the ambition I'll go bow hunt this afternoon.

Oops!
Tried baking this loaf in the Emeril air fryer which worked fine but I let it rise a tad too long and the loaf touched part of the element!
It will be good though!
