That's kind of a family inside joke Griff. My God parents neighbor had a tiny lot and an even tinier concrete patio they painted green, was always funny to us.

I've seen the same thing... funny to me also!

Popular in places with a lot of water restrictions. They even have it with flecks of brown throughout to look more authentic

I've told my wife numerous times that if it was up to me every inch of lawn would be dug up, and concrete poured over it! Never mentioned green paint, but if that would persuade her to let me do it, I'd paint it all a nice dark green too! I hate yard work!

Well for one thing, the rich, who let's face it control such things, want their lawns and pools. The other is that the government has gone to great lengths to fail to impound sufficient water to alliveate drought.
