Rather Profound

Post by 6pt-sika »

It’s rather profound that I was looking for something Memorial Day weekend and I find my grandfathers WWII medal ! Think he let me have that when I was five or six years old so I’ve had it fifty plus years .

It's amazing how things just show up. My eldest cousin passed away a couple of years ago and when my sister was cleaning out his place she found his military records and decorations. We knew he had been in China
But nothing about Nicaragua.
Have you heard of the Bonus Marches?
And a plank holder on the original USS Henderson.
