Prayer Request

#1 Post by M. M. Wright » Sat Oct 12, 2019 9:50 am

A couple of days ago Esperanza took a terrible fall through the ceiling of the bathroom in my shop. She was on her knees cleaning the stuff off the top of that indoor cubical when a ceiling joist broke and dropped her 8 feet onto her head. No concussion or skull fracture but 3 broken ribs, lung puncture, broken wrist, 3 compression fractures of vertebrae and a 5 inch laceration in her scalp that required 22 sutures. Never unconscious and it took me several minutes to move enough debris to get her out. We go to Tulsa Monday for surgery on the wrist. She is still in our local hospital. She's a prayer warrior herself so we would much appreciate your supplications.

Prayers for a quick and complete recovery. Must have been quite a shock to both of you.

Sent. Sounds to me as if the devil is trying to stop her from doing something. Whatever it is, may the Lord heal her and give her the strength to continue.
