Looks to me as if California Politicians want to find that no one has an AR15 anymore. Maybe the AR15s should just become undocumented. California loves their Undocumenteds.

Nope...it don't hardly pay to "man up" anymore. There's no such thing as a mistake anymore. They are all felonies.

Not in defense of Kalifornia authorities but it did say in the text that the gun was "illegally modified". The only way the gun police would have known this is that the farmer told the truth as to specifics of the gun...such as barrel length, bayonet lug, flash hider,
Trigger group, mag release button, collapsible stock........

On a bright note, Fox News reported that people are leaving Kalifornian in droves....pretty easy to guess what kind of people are leaving and what kind are staying.......... In 30 years the entire state will be a ghetto. Mexicans want their land back. :D ----6

Do we have to wait 30 years? I'm fine with giving it back now. We could function just fine with 49 states.

I'd rather see illegal corpses piled high enough to block out the sun than to give one inch of a U.S. state "back" because of a criminal invasion..

FWIW, Kali has evidently passed the 1st step for splitting into 3 states:

• "California", consisting of six counties including Los Angeles, Santa Barbara and Ventura counties.

• "Northern California", consisting of 40 counties from Santa Cruz north to Oregon. (This area would include San Francisco and Sacramento.)

• "Southern California", consisting of 12 counties and include Fresno, Kern, Orange and San Diego Counties.

The next 2 steps are:

1) Voter approval

2) Congressional approval

A very neat, tidy and clear ploy to pick up 4 Senate seats... Given the demographics, California & Northern California would remain firmly Democratic, while Southern California would probably become very tightly contested. NOT a situation that would better the legal tangles they've created for gun ownership.

I sort of figgered that the North Cal would be conservative.
Anyway, I'll never live long enought to see it, but if North Cal turned out to be safe and sane for conseravives, I'd move down to around Susanville in a heartbeat.

Not with San Francisco & Sacramento included. Leaving SF out would possibly change that.

Just make these red counties their own pathetic, socialist 'States', and leave the rest of us alone....

That unconstitutional ban in Deerfield? A Federal Judge just put a stop to that. It seems to bode well for the future of the 2nd.
