What can you tell us about muntjac deer? They sure are interesting little fellas, but I hear they are becoming invasive in England and spreading to Wales and Scotland. Good eating?

Koreans liked them. Of course, anything is good with lots of chili and soy sauce.

They breed all year round so no close season on them, I used to see a lot of them in the south of England but there has been a lot of culling.
I have never hunted them but flushed a lot when rabbit hunting in conifer plantations, tough little buggers, they say they can beat up a dog if they get too close.
Whatever you do always give 100%........... unless you are donating blood.
