Well fellers, I'm afraid I succumbed temptation yet again after declaring that I wasn't going to do that again......trying to downsize ya know! Went to a flea market that had a few guns on it and came home with this..... a Marlin TS "Texan" made in 1984 with an 18 1/2" bbl. They only made them 3 years...84-87. Felt lucky to find it! Really nice bluing and a few scuffs on the wood where it hung on what looks to be a truck back window gun rack. The top one is a 1975, with a 20" bbl. that I already had.
I sold a riding mower and 2 push ones so I downsized a little bit. Does that count?

That rifle takes up much much MUCH less space than four mowers. You can buy several more and still be well ahead of the game! Good job.
Long ago a friend took picture of a gun on top of his washing machine and we gave him grief over it, so that became his long running joke and signature move. For a long time all photos were shot on top of the washer.
