How long do you think it will be after these things start getting issued to cops on the street before they find a way to kill someone with it? I'll put my money on shooting a protester at point blank range in the eye, or the throat, or some other gooshey 'die' button, within 90 days. Maybe at a traffic stop when some teen-aged girl won't STFU.

Almost all less than lethal options can be lethal, which is why none of them are supposed to be used above the neck unless you are going lethal force.

1 live trap + 1 can chunk light tuna. Wait for cat to entrap itself. Take cat to pound. Repeat as necessary. Sooner or later the cat owner will either contain their cat, or try to kill you. Either way, problem solved.

I'm surprised that cops here are like many of those in England. Well, they can use harsh language. But only if it doesn't hurt the persons feelings.

Won't work.......certain types of individuals only respond to a piece of hot lead going about 900-1200 fps.

Well, geez! And it is orange so you know in advance the officer is not really shooting you, so just shoot, stab, or hit him with a baseball bat first. I am glad I am retired, something like this would cause me to quit and go to work at Kmart. I'm so old that back in my day all we had were nightsticks, Kel lights and .357 revolvers.
