I Just LOVE CVS Pharmacy

Post by Sixgun »

I tell ya guys, it's so great that we have big corporate business's that still honor an overpayment.

I got this a while ago and recently found it....figured you would get a kick out of it.

Now that I found it, I'm going to send it back and tell them to wipe their azz with it.----6

Was there a co-pay involved? CVS required by contract to correct billing errors.

If Medicare or Medicaid was involved, federal state criminal laws require correction of payment irregularity.

Make a copy of the Check. Cash it. The overhead cost of the check is much much greater than that penny.

Then mail your copy of the check and the penny to the CVS CEO. It's easy to find out who it is, look it up.

Yes, there was a co pay involved, so I guess that's why they did it. I'm just going to put this to rest as I do have more important things to do. I'll use it to help heat the house tonight.----6

Now if you were really evil, you would wait until the 180 days expiration day on the check , then call them and ask them to replace it since it is out of date!!!

Dang! That's my way of thinking. Looks like February 19th will be the magical day. :D ----6

I received a $.01 check a while back from IIRC a class action suit over a lawnmower. I'm convinced 95% of our problems in this
country is an unwillingness to accept personal responsibility that is preyed upon by unethical lawyers.

I received a three figure check from my Ford Dealer after some body work. It is refreshing to see some people care.

I used to work for CVS, and that is only 18 cents less than my annual bonus was for 2013.
