DFW Levergunners,
In lieu of the usual second Thursday of the month dinner meeting and speaker, the Dallas Woods and Waters Club is having a special event since our September meeting falls on 09/11/14. The link below to the invitation explains this special event, which is expected to be most enjoyable and memorable. Please look over the invitation and plan to attend if you possibly can. After all, how often can you have a good dinner with friends with an excellent patriotic speaker in an air conditioned airplane hangar full of interesting old planes?

I don't know if I can attend or not, but I will definitely look into it! I've been thinking about joining the DWWC anyway. Might be a good chance to meet some folks

Yes, thanks for the info Charles. I was considering attending and then got the call today that my surgery is scheduled that morning. (no big deal, just getting this dreadful hardware out of my leg). I guess I could show up loaded on painkillers and make the helicopter rides interesting!
