Yeah. I posted up some "pitchers" o' my "new" 1938 Model 99 and was whining up a storm about the lack of .300 Savage brass. My whining seems to have vanished into the ether ...

Some light sanding and oil on the SKS. More or less the final product. Turned out surprisingly nice.
