The Real Klondike 1898 and one levergun

Post by pdentrem »

After the History Channel show on the Klondike, I thought maybe some REAL pictures from the Klondike might be of interest. There is one levergun in one of the pictures, so it is on topic!

Life is a storm, my young friend. You will bask in the sunlight one moment, be shattered on the rocks the next. What makes you a man is what you do when that storm comes.

I grew up with the great grandson and his dad. They went back in the 70s to look at the diggings. Was quite a trip.
