For a REAL Winchester Collector - A 1910 Merry Winchester
.
(“Winchester commissioned the Merry Company to build 200 motorcycles from 1909 – 1911 under the Winchester patent rights)
"Winchester" branded Merry's back then; "Winchester" branded Miroku's now - nothing new under the Sun, I guess.
IDK about a gun rack, though...........

Yep - It's said that there's less than 200 remaining in existance.

Probably more like 10 are left.....................and I have 9 of them.
I wonder what calibers they came in and whether there were any deluxe versions.
The closest I have to that is a bottle of Winchester oil----------6

That is so cool!
I suppose it wouldn't do for me to own anything like that, as I would be out riding it like it was intended to do. I've always lusted after an old pre-1930's scoot ever since I saw a finely restored Henderson at a car show I was attending.
I can just see me now, leather helmet, goggles, teeth full of bugs...

Shasta,
Just build yourself an old Harley like Gobbler did and like I have done. I'm currently restoring/customizing a 75, iron head Sportster. I'm trying for the look of a flat track racer but with a front wheel brake.

fly ride
From 1919 to 1932, Winchester owned the Hendryx reel company (originally bird cages), and made fishing tackle. They had split cane rods made for them by Edwards and Montague. The Edwards rods are very desirable.
there are a lot of counterfeits (stamped Winchester), but you can tell the originals because the yardage mark on the bottom of the reel foot is underlined, and all the handle grasps are bone.
