I got to use tools and epoxy and all sorts of other guy-stuff. Lots of fun...NOT...! :lol:

The good news is we may not have to spend money (yet) on a new dishwasher. 8)

Good luck with that! My former neighbor was the plumber on the four houses on our street, he loves it when I take on a project like that!

The good news is that even if it does go belly up a new dishwasher only needs to cost about $9 for a couple of plastic wash bins to fit in the sink. Add some dishwashing liquid, scrubbing pads and latex gloves and you're all set. If you have a teenager laying around the house with not enough to do, your new dishwasher can even be automated.

That WAS the first model we had...! Sometimes the 'start button' didn't kick in until you pressed it a few times, though.

I know it's not a levergun, but ever since I got the 375 Ruger, I feel like I'll always have the last word when taking on home appliance repairs. . . :twisted:

FWIW, I've always had a dishwasher ! It's only recently that I bought her an electric one....... ;) . :mrgreen:

My dishwasher works just perfect--------in fact she even has both arms working fine. :wink:
