Went to local toy store today

I spent about two hours behind the counter sorting ammo that customers have traded in with their firearms or just dumped off

Since the dealer can't really resell this ammo and since its a hodge podge of ammo I knew I could get a good deal out the door. I picked up 50 rounds of 30 carbine, two boxes of 45 acp, 4 boxes of 9mm ( split about half and half between PD and ball), a box + of 380 ammo, several boxes of 22lr, some 22 mag, There were about 10 boxes of 40, two of 357 and 38, 32 auto, 25 auto, 1 box of 10mm, three of 308 including one box of tracers, one box of 303, not to mention some 38 S&W , mad various other caliber a that I left I paid $30 for the ammo I took and I also picked up a sig 238 7 shot mag A good day at the toy store.

Every toy store has a stash of these. Sometimes owners shoot them. Most of time they just accumulate. I do this to three gun shops locally. I forgot the box of 44 mags I got too.

Yep! I've done that several times and really hit some jackpot deals. Most recent was a couple months ago in a shop up in Phoenix - 250 rounds of NIB .45 Colt for less than the cost of new brass.
