I think photoshop. Look at the line. It's in a nice straight taught line entering the water behind the fish. Me thinks there is more to this story than meets the eye. Beyond that, I could do a bit of calculation, but an airborne fish pulling a boat under the water needs verification before I bother figuring out the amount of force necessary to pull the boat over.

According to the article with the pictures the fish did not pull the boat down. The captain was backing up at full throttle and fell down. The boat took on too much water and sank.
