Yesterday we were part of a team who helped give out new "flipflops" to perhaps over a thousand people. I am not sure of the count and they were still coming at days end when we left. It was an amazing day.

My son's father in law works for Samaritan's Feet. They are heavily involved with giving out shoes all over the world and have done a lot in Africa.
