Fiancee Lost her Father Today

Post by 6pt-sika »

My fiancee in Cagayan de Oro City Philippines lost her father today !

Romeo SanSebastian was 80 years when he passed . He had suffered with diabetes and its ailments for the last couple years and he finally succummed .

He will be survived by his loving wife Anita SanSebastian , his oldest Edna Aberdeen , next eldest Adriano SanSebastian , next eldest Aida SanSebastian , next eldest Ricardo SanSebastian , my fiancee Lea SanSebastian and the youngest Loida Almondiel .Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren . Two daughters in law , one son in law and me .

Although I only knew Papa SanSebastian since 2008 he was always kind and friendly to me . He was a good person and a good providor for his family . He worked his entire life in the lumber industry in the Philippines and Indonesia .

He will certainly be missed !

Looks like he was surrounded by a loving family, and those don't just happen by accident - you'll have to follow his example and continue the tradition... 8)

Deepest sympathies and condolences for this loss to all family and friends. I just attended a funeral of a dear friend whom I had known for over 45 years, she was 89.

I never will forget when I first met him in 2008 we were talking and he told me about the atrocities the Japanese did to american servicemen during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines . I think he said he was 7-9 when the Japanese were in the Philippines and he said they used to march the American POW's around naked and do variouse unpleasent things to them out on the streets where all the filipino's could see .
