A tall tree and short rope will take care of that freak.

see the trouble you can get into if your dear doesn't move during sex

Sorry couldn't help myself

Your right of course,
diagnosis would be that he's suffering from a lead deficiency.

While this is horribly sick, I'm trying to understand exactly who's rights he violated here? Does a dead deer have any rights? Now, it refers to him killing a horse before, so there he obviosuly deprived someone of their property, and even if he owned the horse, this would be considered cruelty to animals. But a dead deer on the side of the road?

The law is to protect us and adjuciate in situations where the pursuit of individual freedoms collide. No such case here - on the surface.

I would argue it from a preventative point of view. This guy is sick, and left alone, he is going to eventually hurt someone rather than something. Lead deficiency restoration or that short rope necktie seems to be the solution - sometimes it is just better to cut the line and start over!

I just read that and I'm now sick. I know we all have a constitutional right to a fair trial with no cruel and unusual punishment, but in this case, the weirdo should be taken out back and shot, taken to the local zoo, sprayed down with "gorilla love potion", and thrown in the cage with Moomba-Jumba for all to see.

All kidding aside, this is a justifiable case for mechanical castration, (physically ripped off with a pair of vise grips) as I believe what should be done to all sex offenders, especially those involving children.---------------------Sixgun

Welcome to my world. I deal with these dregs almost daily.

Castration may or may not stop this guy. It depends upon the internal triggers that make him do the things he does. But there are a couple of things that definitely will stop him. A lobotomy, incarcerating him so he doesn't have access, or death. I guarantee those will stop him from committing the crime. I can't guarantee anything else.

Yeah ... this is just going to escalate and 5 years from now we'll read about this guy again in all likelihood. Only next time, it may not be a deer and it may not be dead. All because he "just can't help himself".

I respectfully disagree. They should just be shot and we'd be done with them. If someone can't be trusted to keep their kahunas, they shouldn't be walking among us without them.

Of course, I realize you may have been using hyperbole more than anything else.

I kinda agree with Ysable to a degree.
The deer was dead & while its a sick thing who'd he hurt?

On the other hand he did kill a horse to do the same thing so its not an isolated thing. In his case I think its clear he's a threat to others property.

On the plus side, he could be useful to keep the carcasses off the roadways....

He killed a living horse so he could pleasure himself.
The real question is - how would his behavior escalate? He needs to be taken away from society.

Who really cares?

The world is loaded to the gills with freaks that no one can do anything about.

If he didn't hurt anyone and only damaged his own property, I'd consider that it's nobodys business.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

James Taranto reported it in "The best of the Web" yesterday. He reported the headline to read -

"Man convicted of Sex With Dead Deer Loses Appeal" Daily Reporter.

Taranto's comment was:

"Hard to Believe He Had Much in the First Place"

Taranto keeps things in perspective.
