OT- Actor Barry Morse Dies

Post by Hagler »

Gentlemen,

If you watched "The Fugitive", then you remember Lt. Phillip Gerard. If you watched "Space:1999", then you should remember Professor Victor Bergaman. Well, the actor who played those two chahracters, and thounsands of others, has died after "a short illness": Barry Morse was 89 years old:

He was married to the same woman for 60 years, and he took care of her during he dozen-plus years struggle with Parkinson's disease. What a life! I will miss him.

I remember him in the Space 1999 series. He had one of those old-time, hard to describe accents. Sort of Shakespearian.

Sorry for your loss.

I remember him from Space:1999 as well. From your description, he sounds like he was a good man.
