Want to trade books?

Post by Gobblerforge »

For those who don't do the classifieds regularly, I'm included, I listed Nick Strobel's "Old Gunsights". It's a good book in very good condition. Problem is that the wife got me the new edition for Christmas [I know it's not much of a problem, is it? ] and I don't need both and I don't want to just sell it. I proposed that if someone wants it, I would like to just trade for a good book I want but don't have. You know, just two books passing each other in the mail. Maybe a Winchester book or some such. Too many to think of. Hopefully someone needs this great book and I can put in their hands.
Thanks, Gobbler

If you're a bird hunter I probably have several good books to offer in trade. Let me know.

Interested in "Ed McGiverns Book of Fast and Fancy Revolver Shooting"? It's in good shape but someone put their name on the leading edge of the pages. Let me know and I can send pictures. If you are not interested I guess it will be open to anyone who is interested. I like gun books:)

Gads, I must have a hundred or two I don't look at anymore. Maybe this winter, I'll dig through 'em and sell 'em for about what the postage is to send 'em.-------------Sixgun

Shoot me a line when you do sixgun. I'm always looking for gun books to build up my information library.

Well, I'm not into bird hunting any more and don't shoot hand guns much but were getting somewhere. Maybe a book on rimfires or black powder somethings.?
It looks like maybe many folks can benefit from this. Let's keep it up.

I was hoping more folks would use the "trade rather than sell" format.
