Calling on you 1892 experts for a little help.
I am not sure if this has been covered before - but I just picked up an old 1892 in 32-20 and when I work the action it spits the live round out the top of the receiver at the bottom of the lever stroke.
Is this an assembly problem?
Would love some advice before I pull it apart and try to work out what is going on.
Thanks,
Pop

Sounds like someone has been messing with the cart guides. It may well have been converted to 357m, too. The guides have to be opened up for 357. Try a 38 or 357 round hand chambered from the top.
