My 2011 'Guns of the Old-Timers' Calendar is ready

Post by KirkD »

My ‘Guns of the Old Timers’ calendar for 2011 is finally ready! Thanks to some serious collectors of Marlins, Winchesters, Colts, and Smith and Wesson top-breaks who let me photograph some of their guns, I have a nice variety of some classic leverguns and sixguns that the Old-Timers used back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. I do not personally have any calendars to sell. Instead, they can be purchased by clicking on the link shown below.

http://www.cafepress.com/KirkD

If you would like one, the cost is $US 18.99 plus shipping (approximately $5.25, but varies depending upon how many calendars are ordered). Also, if you live in CA, KY, NV, NC or WA, there is tax. I should add that the company that prints up the calendars and ships them out gets $14.99 and I get $4.00 for each calendar. Hope you-all don’t mind me making $4.00 on each calendar, but I have to support my shooting habit somehow. :D By the time the tax and shipping is added, it is an expensive calendar, but those people do a good, quality job of making a calendar, printed on thick paper and coil bound. Here is a preview of the cover and months ...

Glad you like the pictures, men. I enjoy taking the photos.

Cementhead: That Model 53 is one of my favourite. I used it last year to bring home the venison. This year, by the way, I never even fired a shot.

I tried to order one, but it said it wouldn't take Paypal, even though Paypal is an option. I'll try again tomorrow.

Absolutely beautiful Kirk. I know you enjoy these projects, but thank you anyway. I've not taken any meat yet either.

Very nice calendar Kirk, thanks for putting it together. I just ordered one and I'm glad that you're making a little money anyway. Should really be more, I'd think.

Good luck.
