Kid, Thats why they put young people in battles. Us middle aged dudes are too smart to risk our lives like that.

On another note, while traveling from elk camp last month, we were cruising through this high class skiers town (Winter Park, Co) and there were people skiing practically straight down these cliffs.---fearless or dopes?----------Sixgun

Unbelievable what people can do when they put their mind to it. My natural preservation would kick in and I couldn't do a fraction of that stuff.

Wow. Some of those ARE awesome.

I would submit that while the line may be thin, there is a difference between displaying courage and being wreckless.

:)
Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Radically awesome!!! I wish I had the skill...and the balls!

Gotta admire (and envy) those that do.

While a lot of them are "cool", I guess, the one with the para doing wheelchair stunts is REALLY "people awsome"... though just shy of the double amputee who got his EIB and went back to the sandbox...

When my sister lived in Denver, she was driving into her neighborhood and saw a kid skateboarding the top of the fence that borders their neighborhood - down a steep hill. She thought, look at that nutty kid. It was my nephew.

Like flying airplanes, sailing around the world, going to the moon, or climbing El-Capitan, it ALWAYS starts with some "nut" who believes it CAN be done, when others think "naaaaw". A salute to that which separates us from our cousins the chimps. People ARE awesome.

Y Guy - I have one of those guys as a patient in his early 50s. He has had more than thirty surgeries and he would still like to be doing that stuff. Incredible, I don't understand why they are doing it considering the consequences. Also a famous stunt man who has dived out of a third story window among other things. They have a different outlook and almost reason for living.

Neat post,..that rifle is a Big Bertha, I've got a buddy that has that exact same rifle.

Want to see some more good stuff.? Youtube or Google David Belle or Parkour, this is one of his more entertaining vids. The guy is an freak of nature..!

Here's another entertaining Parkour video. Some of the things these guys do is incredible. Good luck trying to chase one of them down..!

Though, to be fair, it looks like he had some sort of "duck feet" on... Maybe some research is in order.
