Interesting lever gun thread over on TRF

Post by J Miller »

A poster on The Ruger Forum did a little customizing on his Marlin 39M.
Rather interesting results.

Me too, Joe. Reminds me a little of the "musket" Model 94s.

Hmmmm.....

If they made a Marlin 39A in .22 WMR, and you could get another 'upper' in .17 HMR, they'd sell a million of them... 8)

Now there's a thought. Now if someone would make a set of synthetic stocks with a mannlicher front, in black, for the 1895GS, that would really look cool. Hey, I just managed to combine two threads. Synthetic stocks for Marlins over on Levergunlovers and manlicher front ends on the Ruger forum. Darned I wish I knew how to make stuff like that.
