My barrel bands screw are buggered and I cannot get them off. If I buy gunsmithing screwdrivers will they work then? Any suggestions? Thanks

Put some penetrating oil on them and take a drift punch with the flat end about screw size and tap the upset metal back in place so it resembles a screw again. This will also help loosen them. Get a good fitting driver and try again. Don't just try turning them, kind of bump them if that makes sense.

Kings,

Welcome to the forum.

I agree with what Marvin said. I'd also add that the threads on those screws are incredibly fine and they can get extremely tight.
It gets worse if they've got a bit of rust in there too.
