What is that skin he's holding?

Some kind of tally sheet?

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Good morning
Picture appears to have been taken in a studio on Milwaukee Ave. Chicago. I would wonder 1st if these are not just props.

It wasn't like Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show never made it to Chicago or that the studio itself couldn't have sent a photographer out West to document the Wild West.

Sheesh; ya gotta have a little more faith.

From the look on the mans face, he is not thrilled to be there.

Of course he`s the real deal! Years ago I had a GF from england. She was totaly taken by indians and was always haveing me take her to pow wows, reservations etc. She bought more jewelry, indian dress`s etc than you could imangine! She also was good at embaressing me! Once she asked one how come they all wore glass`s! She had me always takeing pictures of her with them etc.
Here is a old winchester 92 I owned that was built in 1902 like on that picture. This one came off a reservation in the dakotas. Why do people always try to discredit these old pictures? Do you think he was a drug store indian?
