You can also buy a copy of the book "I Remember Skeeter" and read a lot more. Plus you'll get a picture of our own sweet Terry.

I own a copy of Good Friends, Good Guns and Good Whiskey and i've read both Hipshots, Hoglegs, and Jalapenos and I Remember Skeeter.

I give them all my highest recommendation.

All I have been doing today at work is reading those articles. Thankfully today was slow and my work didn't interfere with my reading. :D

One of his articles described him shooting a 4 inch 44 mag in a shed to scare out an Mexican and almost deafening himself.
Anyone remember which one that was?

Skeeter is/was my favorite gun writer. His down home writting style made for many hours of enjoyable reading, I own both the books he authored. He is also the reason I'm a die hard .357 magnum user. I was priviledged to get to meet both him and his "arch enemy" Bill Jordan in the early 80's and will remember his warm smile and firm handshake forever.
