ever thought of gettting in on a group buy for a mould?

Hovie
I am not sure if this is the right place for this so move it to the right place if you need to

I am trying to get enough people to do a group buy on a 45-70 300 grain solid in either gc or plain base and also a hollow point from this design and don't know the weight yet and should have some pics of the drawings with luck this weekend.
If you would like in on this mould could you let me know. I need fifteen others to make it happen. Have the mold maker all picked out and he does very good work and time frame should be around 3-5 months depending on how long it takes to get the needed buyers and his schedule of manufacturing.
They are much nicer then Lee molds and turn around time is much faster.

I would post more data if you will.

Mould maker?

Projected as-cast diameter?

Shape and configuration of the boolit?

How many cavities?

Mould material?

And last, but most important, cost.

Blammer is my bullet designer so until he gets the finished design to me and I approve it we will all have to wait.

I'm interested in a 300gr PB. I have a couple of 300gr CG models and have been thinking seriously about a PB model. FN or hollow point.

I got in on the group buy for the .360-180 gr. N.O.E. mold a couple months back. The mold is of Aluminum and of very good quality with large blocks and very heavy sprue plate. It uses Lee 6 cavity handles (not supplied) and casts an almost perfectly round bullet
@ .3615 dia. .

I have all the .45 molds I need or I would jump right on this one. Buy with confidence and Blammer is a good guy.
