BLR Takedown

Post by AkRay »

I was in a store last night and the salesman showed me a BLR Takedown. The one I looked at was in 450 Marlin, but they're chambered in several other calibers. It broke right at the front of the receiver, and looked like it would make a very handy package. After holding both halves at the counter and looking down the bore, I think that all it needs is a soft case designed just to carry it in while broken down. I'm thinking that these rifles will be much sought after in 10 or 20 years.

I can't afford to buy one right now. I just thought it was a very neat idea.
