Everybody needs a friend.

VERY nice story, papabear. I can relate to it in a way 'cause I rescued a tiny wild porker last year. Apparently, it's clan ran off into the hills, leaving the new little piggie lying out in the open on a 100+º day. The little devil was about done when we found her, but a little TLC and baby formula perked her right up. She was adopted by a local San Benito cowboy who told me last month that she now weighs 175 lbs and is the ranch pet.
