Kind of looks like he put in 700 then changed his mind without changing the number first.

I messeged the seller and got this back today....

"Thanks for the heads up some turkey bid on the pistol screwing it up from us
changing the price . We had to get gun broker to close the auction Stay
tuned the pistol will be listed again at the 650.00 price I believe.

The seller should have let it ride. The moron that bid on it would have been in for one heck of a shock at the end of the auction.

Probably not. Most the idiots who play games like that are at the public library bidding with false names. Whenever I see someone bidding too high, it seems they almost always have zero feedback rating.
