What a load of BS... I had planned to buy a Ruger/Marlin as soon as they made it in .360 Buckhammer....as I have six JM Marlins now. After this I won't touch anything new in Ruger. I have worked in retail for more than 50 years and when I see this kind of treatment from a big company it makes Me sick . And how can they ship the gun back with a broken stock? I wouldn't give them a dime. We don't deserve to be treated like this.

Hard to be mad at them. This is the way of the world.

But I am disappointed. They are shipping it back and I will replace the stock with one by HS Precision.

I did write a pretty good letter to send to their lawyers.

Just for ha ha’s , look up the serial # on their website and see what it say’s .

Not all torque wrenches go up to 95 in/lb. ,beware

It says that it’s a Model No. 17110, M77, .308 Win, shipped in 2023.

Good thing they have a ser# look up feature on their web site, I’ll never buy another RUGER again without checking the # in the store.
Scott , did you send in the registry /warranty card , or online , when you bought it ?

There is no express warranty on Ruger firearms.
