Absolutely correct Hobie! McCain is certainly not my first choice as President but I'd much rather have him pick the next Supreme Court Justice than Obama! And next election year I hope to get to cast my vote for President for Sarah Palin.

Here's my read:

1) the media (outside of Fox - and sometimes I wonder about them too) are in the bag for the dems - so, I don't believe anything I hear, see or read from them.
2) the pollsters are also a bunch of libs and subtlely manipulate the questions and samples and timing - I don't believe any of the polls. Even that Frank Lutz that Fox has been using is a flaming libtard - I've caught him gushing over Obama and making other lib statements on several occasions - he is in the bag - his stupid little "undecided" voter feedback BS is completely biased.

I am not a huge fan of John McCain. But our choice is between him (whith Sarah Palin) or Obamination with Joe OBiden.

There is simply no choice.

I will vote and I will vote straight Republican this election.

I do hope that McCain comes out and beats the stuff out of BHO in the next debate - if he doesn't, he is really handing the election away. There is so much really nasty stuff on Obama that just needs to be hammered home - he has nothing to lose and can not worry about appearing to be mean - what a bunch of BS - can't believe he bought off on that.

Why would you turn that down?
The whole McCain cheerleading reminds me of women in abusive relationships, with Palin being the one good quality of the abuseing man, and Obama the scary risk of leaving the man.

Voting McCain is enabling and reinforcing the abusive relationship, wishing and hoping that one good quality will bring the man around.

When the next "abusive man" comes into our lives you can bet we will be thrown another bone ("conservative" V.P.) to continue the relationship.

Leaving an abusive relationship has it's risks, but staying in that relationship often gets one killed.

Often times the women will ignore the reality of their situation, making any excuse not to leave, and pretending the relationship can work out.

When are we gonna figure out McCain aint good for us? :D I've left the R PUSA relationship for a less attractive prospect perhaps, but who respects me and treats me better. http://www.baldwin08.com/

When a good R candidate in any race comes along, I do support them. http://www.lawsonforcongress.com/?s=0701&skip=1

Vote candidate, not party. End domestic abuse!

Obama is the anti-Christ and I sincerely believe that. If that monkey gets in, I'm movin' to the USSR where I will feel more free.
