Now that's a bunch of influencers right there! In 1986 I had (still have it) one Model 94 Winchester 30-30 and a Lee Loader and no handguns! My how the years
change things.

Thanks for the heads up, any their videos are new to me, but Brian Pearce especially interest me concerning Leverguns, actually the first one who ever really helped me with an article about Levers! Way back years ago? I don't remember how long, only Centerfire Rifle I had or wanted was my Marlin 336 30-30, and I'd come to conclusion it was at best a 75yds rifle. But I was ignorant of LG's then, and their traits. But I read an article that He'd written and I didn't know anything about him then, except afterwards I kept an eye out for anything he wrote afterwards!
But only ever so often would I shoot that Marlin, all I really cared about where 22 Squirrel Rifles! And first I ever bought was a Marlin 39a, and it was great, that being in 70's. In 81 I got the 336, thought I'd try deer hunting. One time I'd do ok but next I'd do terrible! But I learned from his article that a 20" barreled Carbine with barrel bands so forth is not often a benchrest rifle! Long story short, I learned to hold it, and hold it shouldered firm, adjust few barrel band screws so forth, and best to hold the forearm with hand on front rest when checking loads ir accuracy! Turns out that Marlin was a dandy as far as LG capabilities! But that rifle so frustrated me, that I had a bad impression of 20" Carbines in general! I never got another until not too many years ago, my Mod 94 Carbine, and it turned out as consistent and forgiving to shoot as my Mod 64!
But following anything I found from him led me to Rifle Magazine and Venturino, Scoville and others! I remember reading he'd grown up on a working cattle ranch, LGs being a daily necessity, so I really have always admired his experience!
