He moved his Thunder Ranch to Oregon about the time I left there. Always thought it would be swell to take a class or two.

Years ago .. sometime after he carried the single actions ... he taught a course on using the single action sixgun for self defense. We had him at The Shootists Holiday and he ran us through the course there. It was a great class and I enjoyed it immensely! And have practiced some of the things he taught us ever since, though I rarely carry a single action for concealed carry anymore.

I’m looking forward to the single action class at this year’s Holiday.

Not sure what I will learn from it but I’m open minded.
