Useful discussion, and the little "Still humbling" sidebar reminds us that the Old Dead Guys knew a thing or two about accuracy with black powder and lead.

Thanks for the link, I haven't got that mag yet, and may not? My subscription runs out anytime, I didn't renew it. But I've come to like about anything He writes, he sure knows hunting rifles, especially pertaining to deer & elk. He often has used either a Savage 99 or Marlin levers for elk!
