Dog is after all mans best friend, that being said if I lived there each time I was at the pub I'd buy that dog a plate of bangers & mash!
When I lived in Colorado there was a place called The Dog Bar. Kind of an open air joint and I remember a Great Dane, a few mutts and other dogs that had free run of the place. Signs up asking the public to NOT FEED THE DOGS, prevent begging I guess. Anyhow the place was greatly relaxing as you could pet the hounds, toss a ball. Until one day some nitwit( probably from commifornia) complained to the board of health. The place was in business a long time too. Then the dogs had to stay outside, it wasn't the same after that. Only takes 1 jerk to ruin a good thing.
