38 Special Combos

Post by JBowen »

I went ahead and got my 38 Specials while I was taking pictures of my 45s. The combo consist of an 1866 Rifle and (2) 1872s Cimarons all in 38 Special only.

Here is my dedicated .38 Specials. An Uberti 1866 yellowboy. It came in a month after my Dad died (he had ordered it). The 1851 conversion, ala "Man with No Name", is also an Uberti reproduction.

I have a few other .38-only handguns, but this is the only rifle.

YK. those are sweet. I was looking for a carbine when I stumbled onto the rifle. I wish I had had more self-control and waited because the rifle is
heavy with that long octagonal barrel.

I will admit that the carbine is a wonderfully balanced firearm! :D

Nice guns. I don't have anything in .38 Special. It should be rectified.
