Well, it shows the Egyptians knew of the Israelites. I've read several times there is actually no archeological evidence of an exodus, etc. What there is indicates the Israelites simply grew out of the Canaanites.this remnant of history in stone testifies to the truth of the narrative of the israelites in egypt
