Winchester 1906 boys rifle

Post by Pat C »

Had the 1906 out for quick 10 round group at 25 yards.
This one has an excellent bore and still shoots good.
This was a super clean rifle , what finish is left is bright.
The experimental low temp nitre blue on barrelwas a flop as most just wiped off.

My local dealer has one, he let me borrow it and I didn't want to give it back....

You have some really understanding gun dealers in your neck of the woods John. I think if I asked to borrow a gun I'd get laughed out of the store!

I have been friends with a couple of gun dealers who let me borrow guns, it was usually to check them out before being offered for sale :D
