Deviled Turkey Legs
Mix a paste of Coleman's Dry Mustard (no other will do) and water,enough water to spread easily- cut a few gashes in the leg, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, spread the legs with paste, rather generously (this takes 4 or 5 teaspoons of the dry mustard). Heat about half a stick of butter in a frying pan and brown the turkey legs in this. It needs only to heat well and brown "just eough." Loved by All Men.
