If humans are designed hybrids there appear to be many variations.
In the High Desert of Southern Calif. ..."on the cutting edge of going back in time"...

So among the various variations there seem to be recurring angles in action. Just an observation of course.

I prefer Potato Bread and Whole Wheat Bread. Truthfully, I have never tried mixing Wildwood Weed in my bread. I don't know if I like High Bread or not.
